Supporting Scotland’s Youth
We are living in a time where levels of youth unemployment are high and disaffection from education and training is prevalent. The current economic difficulties are challenging for many people, but this is amplified for those under 25.
At Project Northern Lights, we believe that those of us who see possibilities have the responsibility to share opportunities with others. We engage young people in a programme of challenging activities and personal development, to help them take the first steps into employment, further education and training.
We combine the strengths of different organisations to support young people into positive destinations, and encourage them to take an active role in their local communities.
This initiative is all about giving marginalized young people in Scotland the chance to shine. – David Fox-Pitt, Director of WildFox Events, http://wildfoxevents.com
